Joko Widodo has power but no moral right to kill Bali nine pair Myuran Joko Widodo (born 21 June 1961), also known as Jokowi, is the seventh and current Chief executive of Indonesia, in office since 2014. Recently he was Mayor of Surakarta from 2005 to 2012 and Governor of Jakarta from 2012 to 2014. He was formally announced as the winner of the election by the overall Elections Percentage (Komisi Pemilihan Umum or KPU), being successful more than 53% of the vote over his opposition, Prabowo Subianto, who disputed the outcome and withdrew from the contest before the matter was completed.[6]Joko Widodo is of Javanese descent. Before changing his name (changes of name are not abnormal in Java), Jokowi was called Mulyono.[7] His daddy came from Karanganyar, his grandparents came from a community in Boyolali.[8] His education began in State Key University 111, Tirtoyoso, known to be a college for the less rich residents.[9] At age twelve, he started working in his father's furniture workshop.[10][11] The evictions he experienced 3 x in his child years affected his thought process and his command down the road as the mayor of Surakarta (Solo) as he organised enclosure in the town.[12]joko_jokowi_widodo_afp_620_372_100.jpgAfter primary school, he persisted his studies in SMP Negeri 1 Surakarta (middle school).[13] He had wanted to continue his education in SMA Negeri 1 Surakarta (senior high school), but he failed the access exam and went to SMA Negeri 6 Surakarta instead.[14]Joko Widodo graduated from Faculty of Forestry at Gadjah Mada School, Yogyakarta in 1985 to study and research about the use of plywood.Joko Widodo sees ‘fiscal cliff’ risk due to revenue shortfall Jokowi started out his tenure at a state-owned organization company called PT Kertas Kraft Aceh, but proceeded to go home not long after credited to his disinterest.
